Welcome to Little Tiger Cubs, the fun and safe fitness training programme for children, 3 to 5 years old.
It comprises simple training exercises and games designed to assist in the physical development, improved health and increased fitness, self-confidence self-esteem of each child.
The programme is designed to encourage the development of motor skills, balance, endurance, flexibility, strength, and the coordination of eye, hand and foot.
These classes, based on the core values of the Martial Arts are FUN, EXCITING, and REWARDING with award schemes in place throughout the programme.
