Once again students of the academy have acquitted themselves
with distinction not only in their excellent efforts on
the mat but how they have represented Mind Body Spirit
and the BJJA with their conduct off the mat also.
We are still novices at Major Championships but our students
were not overawed by the occasion and competed with effort,
skill, intensity, tenacity and sportsmanship against
experienced, high quality opposition from Italy, Greece,
South Africa, Holland, Belgium, Germany, USA, Denmark
and the UK.
Amelia Kennaway was selected as the Flag Bearer for Greece
and the following students were medal winners:
